Ciro's Pokemon Makers lets you generate Action Replay (AR), VBA, CodeBreaker, and GameShark codes for the following games: Pokemon Emerald, Pokemon Ruby, Pokemon Sapphire, Pokemon LeafGreen, and Pokemon FireRed. This tool lets you create Pokemon, Item, and Ribbon Codes.

This program only works in Windows XP and Vista. It won't work in Windows 7.

Thanks for providing that. But, I'm not sure why this isn't working. I'm going to get a working copy of it and try re-uploading it. Let me know if you get a chance to try it again later.

rightclick, run as administrator, it should work when you do that ( as long as TABCTL32.OCX is in the same directory)

This program doesn't do rival names. If you find a code though, come back to our site. We'd love to have that information here.

Would be very handy; especially since I'm trying to complete the Pokedex on Emerald (I would just use this for the Event Pokemon and other Pokemon that are impossible to get in RSEFRLG....) I just need to find a (cheap and used) Action Replay or Game Shark for the GBA....(I have one, but it won't work anymore for some reason....)

For windows 7 users that have the TABCTL32.OCX error, as long as TABCTL32.OCX is in the same folder as Ciros Pokemon Maker then right click Ciro's Pokemon Maker and click properties then compatibility then check off Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP(Service Pack3) then click run as administrator click apply OK and run the program hope this helps (:

im trying to create a pokemon on emerald and i keep getting bad eggs in the place of the pokemon, is this because of the game emerald not allowing cheats or a glitch?

I figured out how to fix the problem!

Open a command prompt, go to the directory where the file is and type:
regsvr32 /u tabctl32.ocx
regsvr32 tabctl32.ocx

Done!

could you make an android apk of this so i dont have to copy and pastes from my pc to my android . thats what my emulator is on. and yes i do actually own emerald so its legal but i dont have an ar or gameshark.

How do you make it so the game registers the Pokemon as yours, not traded? I created an Aron but the game doesn't acknowledge it as my own. It keeps loafing around and ignoring orders.

All of the OT information has to match. That means the OT Name, OT Gender, ID Number, and Secret ID.

never mind. Found answer. was posted earlier in thread.

however how do I import trainer and pokemon info? It wants .xps or .sps but all I have is .sav
