Egg-Oh Troubles

Upon my experimentation of doing egg hatching, I have come upon an error on your editor. The process that is used to send a regular pokemon over via the GTS is not working for me. I have sent a number of event pokemon over and they have been successful. However, when I send over a regular non-event pokemon from the IR-GTS-BW, The GTS sends over a Bad Egg that ends up false hatching, The dialog pops up as "Oh?" My game is Pokemon White.

Can you tell me where to get IR-GTS-BW so I can try it for myself and look into that problem? That seems a bit strange, because the PKM work perfectly fine when inserting them into the save file with PokeSav.
